Muscle blaze whey protein is a good product.
I was using it when I joined gym, not excellent results but I can say it gives good and satisfactory results. Availability of protein is more than 70% in it. So we can say it is a good indian whey brand as most of the brands available in india are fakes and of low quality, but muscle blaze brand is trustable and reliable. If you are just starting gym you can go for it as it is not very expensive and easily available online on many online portals like amazon and healthkart.com.
Use it before workout and after workout and during morning breakfast for good results. Taste is good and mixability is also good. If you are building muscles -shedding use it with water and if you want to gain more weight use it with milk. Also some people have lactose issue they should use it with water and not immediately after workout .
