Hi dear friends I am very skinny person so on recommendation of one of my friends I ordered this Mass gainer from healthkart for 2550.
Once I started to have it twice a day It caused so much effects in my health. First it caused a stomach upset and indigestion then later on I developed a sort of breathing problem whenever I used to workout.
As soon as I stopped having it Things started to get back in place after a week or so
One more thing I would like to share is that If you are a vegetarian than I would suggest you not to take this because they are using different king of meats in this.
So all I want to say is that do not waste money in such shortcut methods rather use money in your meal and take a good quality meal which will eventually give you good results with no side effects at all.
