I got frustrated with them when I recently tried to book my Singapore visa with them. First, all emails you receive from Musafir are only auto-responses. Their service executives don't respond to emails within five days on email. When you escalate, you get auto-response that you should continue communication only through the executive assigned to you(who by the way never responds to you & that was the reason you escalated the matter). Could there be a better mockery of online services than this!
More pathetic is that I did the escalation twice, still they are not bothered. Finally after wasting few days with them, I am getting my visa done by some other agency.
