Murud is a my favorite picnic spot.Situated at a distance of 40km.from Alibaugh.Murud is femous for his beaches and sea fort Janjira Killa.There are so many places for tourist.Birla mandir temple, Kasa Fort, Victoria water works, Kude Buddhist caves, Sawat Kada waterfalls, Sir Sidi Ahmed Khan Palaceand Siddhi Vinayak mandir temple.Janjira Fort is situated on rock off the Arabian Sea.The main gate of Murud Janjira Fort was designed to be seen only when you get close to it.Murud is a historical place.now he is a femos picnic spot in Raigad district.so many peaople came here to learning history and enjoying beaches.i am aslo get enjoy boating, horse riding.hotel and restaurant service is best.eating some seafood and fish.
