It is a common among all that we all compare ourselves with the quality of life prevailing in US and Europe but have we analysed analysed whether we deserve to live a quality life.
A person who after visiting USA start piising on a wall immediately on his arrival, throws his mineral water bottle in the street, start talking on a big volume on the corridors, spiiting on the floor, public places etc.etc. It is the same person who observes law of the land prevailing in USA start acting to break the law in India , his own home land. Whatever the garbage is thrown on the road, do you think it is thrown by Government officials. Not at all, it is the citizen who never cares for the healthy conditions to live in. I am not saying that the government officials dont throw the garbage but it is only in their personal capacity and not the official position. Why a citizen smoke in public place despite a complete ban. Do you think, is it possible to post law preventing officials every nook and corner of the country. Are we animals who have to be driven by law enforcing officials. It is the inside counscious of the citizen which way he would like to live with. He has to first behave like a man to live like a man.
