I did 2 mistakes again, (1)trusting IndiaFM's review again and (2) Trusting Kamal Haasan again after Hey Ram and Abhay! But yes I learnt something afterwards which I would like to be heard and understood. It is like this....

The Plot: It could have been a good Plot if Kamal Haasan would have maintained his balance with mind.

Story starts with 3 kidnappers, boss is Vijay ''Mansoon wedding'' Raaz. They plan to kidnap is businessman's( Saurabh ''Kallu:Satya'' Shukla) son from school. The master plan is excellent. But something is jinxed with this plan as all these three hatchers get enjured one after one, and finally they take help of a motorcyclist, Avinasha aka Mumabai express(Kamal Haasan). They succeed, but for nothing as Avinash goes heart change, and finally proves ''Satyamev Jayate''.

Amid all this there are lots of confusion and errors which involves themes like kept, police, child upbringing..all dealt in small. This is good but the biggest impeedment to the film. Kamal Haasan tried to tell all stories of life within 2:30 hours, with multiple fractures and finally a thud! Mumbai Xpress derailed.

A cocktail movie While watching the movie you feel laughter and perhaps laugh too but all these chunks of laughs are highly uncorrelated and just momentarily. The subject of humor taken are always dark thing except few moments. The movie sometimes looks on the track of Comedy of Errors, then Baby's Days Out then Home Alone, then Hera Pheri....leaving the audience wondering that for what this movie is??? What Kamal Haasan want's to show? Besides all this there were countless logical and technical faults and loopholes in the movie which I can't cover in detail here.

Few good points: They are really few.But I liked the most a song from this movie and I wish all of you hear it. It's sung by Sonu Nigam perhaps...''Pyar Mangta Hai Ye Saara Jahan''. I like this song very much. Music by Illyaraja is ok to loud. In fact the background score of this movie is too much loud from the very first sceen of trailor itself. All time noise and forced humor. But still someplaces you laugh by heart. Best sceen I personally liked when Kamal Haasan climbs the rope to lift two sleeping persons. Also at some places characters faced some such confusions which made the monet hilarious. Also the bike stunts were good.

Performances: I caught kamal Haasan today. I really caught him. He is getting disappointing day by day. I used to be his fan with Thevar Mangan,Sadma, Ek Dduje Ke Liye, Appu Raja, Velu Nayakan and maginificent Pushpak etc. But my later experiences are not good with him. He think that weired things are always rewarding and this is why he has became addicted to it. I feel peoples will not agree with me but Kamal Haasan ha limited expressions on his face, and from these limited expressions he uses the perfect one with good timing. His eyes are always drooping, with no change in expression, He uses his lips and broken shken style of dialogoue delivery no matter what is the situation. Kamal Haasan looks an incomplete actor. I am sorry but I find this. Why he is respected and considered as a good actor perhaps due to the fact that he has got good taste and Knowledge and intel unlike other fellows who are no researcher kind! here Haasan scores above rest, always getting new ideas, humor everything.

Best comes from Vijay Raaz and Saurabh Shukla Whenever they appeared on the screen they shadowed everyone including Kamal Haasan.

As I told you Kamal Haasan himself looked not clear what he wanted to show, but whatever ws there these two perhaps sensed the urgue of the writer better than rest of the cast and did the best job, followed by Om Puri. Manisha Koirala was bad. But again I say one can't blame actors when the director and screenplay do not do the justice.

Final Opinion I would like to suggest to watch some other movie this week instead of going to Mumbai Xpress. Go for ''Hazaar Khwahishein Aesi''. Other group of ours watched that movie and we went for Mumbai Xpress. They were appreciating ''Hazar Khwahishein Aesi''. I am not recommending this film as you have got other movies better than this one, this week.
