i recently travelled from london to mumbai ,change over,for the first time.it was a shocking experience.the first sight of the airport is horrible,as if been to a ancient building.the staffs are not much of help full.infrastructure is poor,baggage claiming took lot of time.if you dont know hindi,alas you are lost.really afraid to travel from the international airport to domestic airport by a taxi,which might be 20 years old,prayed god I reach airport safely.no ac in the airport.immigration clearence is quite ok.must improve the announcement screens.
the mumbai airport gives a very bed opinion about india among my uk friends.its high time to change the infra structure of the airport and modernise it.
will never take a flight to mumbai.hope the government take plan to modernise the airport,because the first impression is the best one.
