Mphasis is one of the good IT company to work with. There is lots of fun in work, working with Mhasis. You will get a very good learning experience. For freshers, mphasis is one of the best company to work with.
If you are in bench, for 3 months, there is no problem, after 3 months, they will tell you to resign as per the policy.
You need to have many contacts to get good projects. There is no shift allowance in this company.Work environment is excellent. You need to work in 24/7 shift.
