MouthShut_Official is working closely with MouthShut.com to achieve customer satisfaction
Mouthshut.com is a great website where users can share their experience about a product, service, company, etc. It creates awareness among people and also help companies in one way or another in improving their services. Users choose from lakhs of products on which they can write review.
Recently this year mouthshut also launched a contest in which users can earn money by writing review which is really a good idea and also helps us. Initially I was feeling insecure while providing my account details to them but later I did after seeing positive reviews of them by people. I en cashed around 5000 INR in total which was sent to my account but they were bit late in making transfer .
Mouthshut.com is good but I think it would be better if they make some improvements like better support and they should also improve their site's Design/Usability.
