OK Mouthshut, you have forced me to write a review on you today. I had thought, I would write a nice review, once I have the whole experience of writing reviews, accumulating MS points and receiving money in my account. Now, I am on the last stage of Write, Share, Win contest i.e. money transfer, but I have no clue if it is going to be smooth.


You have provided a wonderful platform for us, to write reviews on hoards of products & services that we use in our daily life. We all benefit when we read reviews from other people, based on which, we decide what to buy and what not to buy.


Then you got this contest where we could even earn from it. Since this contest started, I wrote 12 reviews and was lucky that all got approved and points were credited(except for one on IDBI Bank, for which you took full 8 days to give points).


Your condition is to write a review that is comprehensive, genuine, from personal experience. Then it should be shared on Twitter/Facebook. I fulfilled all of these conditions.


Then you say that you will transfer money on every 1st and 16th of month. Does this mean, that if 16th passes today, without a transfer from your side, then I have to wait until 1st Jan?


And what is this with your button of Request for Transfer? In my case it was active only on 3rd Dec., when my points reached 500. That day I clicked that button, was asked for KYC document and bank details, which I uploaded. I provided my Driving License, as per your list.


But as per MS mail, you did not find KYC uploaded on the site, so I emailed it on 4th Dec. and received MS acknowledgment. After that there is nothing from your end. I am only increasing my points by writing reviews and comments/ratings, while that button has been disabled all through.


You are not even replying to my mails and messages as to what is the next step. Just because of Request for Transfer button being disabled since 4th Dec. and even today on 16th Dec., shall I assume that you are not going to transfer the money?


Why have you fixed dates of transfer as 1st & 16th of every month, when you have so much of work load? Even if you had written one line to me that transfer is on its way, I would have been satisfied. Right now, I have no idea if money is on its way or not.


None of my friends, to whom I sent invites, are willing to join MS. They want to see my experience first.


I have been very patient and I completely understand you are flooded with reviews to read and messages to reply. But then I need a reply to understand your system too.


You have my KYC since 4th Dec., then why this delay in payment on 16th?


Will appreciate a reply to this review, since you have no time to reply to my shorter emails and messages.
