I was promised the payment to my account shall be made on 1 Nov 2015. However, I have not yet received any credit in my account.
Could you please let me know the reason? I have more than 500 MS points in my mouthshut account.
I have fulfilled all the required conditions i.e. KYC is done, account details are provided, sufficient points earned etc. but yet the amount is not credited to may account and I have received no intimation as well.
