I am a regular customer of Mouthshut and wrITES_Company reviews on Mouthshut for the services I have tried.In the starting I wrote so many reviews on Mouthshut on the Softwares and Shopping.At that time I got my MS points instantly or within 24 hours.I have posted more than 10 reviews on the Same Category and They approved my all reviews.But after the first Transfer to my Bank Account, they are now disapproving my reviews as I am posting reviews on same category.
They said that write in other categories too to qualify the Contest then I wrote one review on Central bank of India and Other on State Bank of India.Then They approved my first review instantly but for the second review, it is still pending and 24 hours already passed but still no response.I have dropped a mail to support@mouthshut.com" target="_blank"> support@mouthshut.com and contests@mouthshut.com" target="_blank"> contests@mouthshut.com 10 times..
But still no reply mail from their side.I have referred my friend to Mouthshut and In the Notifications too I got that my friend referral was successful and the friend was added to the trusted circles, But 2 days passed Still the MS points for the Referral is not Cred824ited.Besides this there is no other contact option to solve the issues caused all peoples.I wanna suggest Mouthshut Developers that If Phone Number Service is not available then You should add a Online Chat Option for the Mouthshut Users So that All the Users Can Chat Online with the Support Agent and can get all their issues solved regarding the Money not Cred824ited, Referral MS point not added etc.Because Email Dropping is not working and there is no response on dropping the email to Mouthshut Team.So there is an important Improvement Needed for enhancing users experience and making Mouthshut a Useful and Helpful Site.
