I almost died with happiness when I saw a star icon on mbfarookh's id ahaaaaaan........ not merely for the reason that my frnd is a star writer but actually for the reason that "it was my suggestion to paste that icon on star writer's id, I had given that idea with alot more ideas", thank u very much faisal, I was not expecting that much quick and positive response.

I had never considered my self so much weakling, but now.I am however helpless as iam alone can't change the coarse of history I am trapped in a moment which keep repeating itself not allowing me to break my shackles to explore new horizons , new spaces.And that situation is frustratingly stagnant when there comes no creativity this leads to an envoirnment where intellectaul thought is not encouraged and investigation and exploration is almost impossible to excercise.Those with the intellectual curiousity feel helpless and this leads to a killing sense of loneliness and absurdity .

I have started writing on this website to overcome the negatives in my self and I have overcame, but I din't realise wt lay ahead would make all hardships endured ..............hhhhhhhhhhhhhhhmmmmmmmmm I tired , im alone I m actually demotivated.

"I need to be appreciated if I deserve to be appreciated and this is my right."Thats what every creative person think , thats what evey ms'ian think."some problems and then some solutions this is my rvu.

Lack of democracy in this site:

Majority of writers have a little faith in democracy in regarding this site individually they may euologize democratic values but in practice or collectively there seems to be a consensus among us that a dictatorship is wt we need to improve things and that democracy is not going to take us anywhere and to make ourselves acceptable we need a benevolent dictatorship .We argue that democracy is messey slow I think democracy regarding this site may have its faults but it is the best system so far evolved .................

"Its our site ............We will decide its dimensions not the authoritatives........We have the legitimate power,not some directors or executives ...........We are the strenght , we have the postion, we will authorize we will order...........We won't demand we will order .....but alas , We don't order we always demand , we have a fear saying the truth,we always wait for someone else to fight for us , we always look forward others to start ............. I question to all writers y aren't u all writing on this topic? Why aren't u making community realise wt we need? Dont expect your expectations to be fulfiled bcz you are not putting them forward".

Demotivation:

"writers are not getting paid from this site so this site can't demand something from writers . Since there is no materialistic reward has announced so far I think ,it is only our intellectual needs because of which we get attract towards it and then a micro reason can cause them to leave if they feel a threat to thier separate mental space or if they feel thier vanity is no more secure."

true ,justified and fair mterialistic rewards(in terms of prizes)should be introduced by the community as much as it can.

Lack of benevolent leadership:

"Some so called top class authoritatives are screened in a very justified regular manner who actually have a commonality of interest among them that is maintianing the status quo keeping people disempowered and enjoying the pelf and power at the cost of teaming a millions."

The professional class of writers academics , doctors , engineers architectures ,trade unionists , industrailist lawyers... in every society these are the class of people who spearhead the process of change and play a major role in providing an alternate leadership , this class can take a stand against policies and practices.

"So an invitation to all professionalists from my side ,write about the probs, and suggestions of this site and put forward ur demands, the same way I did, and look some of them are implemented only in some days.

There should be an advisor for new commers.

Old members:

We all appear as a writer with a promise but alas ,the promise remains unfulfil .The previous writers were destined to make thier marks in the field of literature journalism but the writers in them were short lived there was nothing wrong with the talent of the writer that they had possessed,they had showed thier creative abilities both in a field of modern verse and fiction what they lacked was a sense of commitment a writer is expected to have in a job of writing.

In fact a writer who joins the field of journalism invite a great test for themseves ,the job of writing in commercialism is less demanding than that in literature but it has its own charm offering to its efficient practitioners quick results in terms of name, fame and mterialistic rewards, and thses charms are redoubled in the field of electronic media ,so a writer joining electronic media is more in danger than one is in journalism.

What a contrast to original field where rewards in terms of name and fame are rare.Infact rewards here on ms is of different nature a writer have to wait for long for them he is required to have a jacob's patience to see his/her labour outcomes.

We now are living in a world cursed with high speed the slow and steady is no more in a postion to win the race that had added problems a writer is faced with present days his position is vis-a-vis that of media writers may be seen as a new virsion of parable of rabbit and tortoise engaged in a race a writer just cant afford to be racing rabbit specially here but the temptation is very much there so as the temtation of easy fame and quick returns .

Here a writer is requires to have a bit of sufi in him/her as to be able to resist such temptations but that 's wt distinguish him/her as an ms'ian

THREAT TO MS'IANS:

Ban on ms and related scandals can undermine the public interest and thier trust and lead to disillusionment .If anything the non transparency in the chain of commands or the limited knowledge of leadres ,enhance the sense of insecurity of thier people.

tahts why ms should reveal the criterias of selecting star writers, hot reviews, contest winners etc.

DUMMY IDS:

i have observed that some of the members have been continously destryoing my review ratings as rating them in somewhat usefull and usefull when all members rate them as very useful, only bcz I dont answer their mails, many of my friend are distrsuted by imaginary members , many fake members won the latest "go goa contest "
