No review on MSever thanks MS per se for just being there. Like your parents in childhood, your girlfriend (MCP eh?!) in school/college, wife in life and pals at work. Thats what MS has come to be, just there for consumers the world over.

It is creditable that we have a site where we can share our experiences onanything from Indian politics, the tea stall across the road to the latest and smallest mobile phone, all based on real-life experience. We, as consumers and customers, hold the key to make or break a product, based on its actual worth! Cutting through the maze of the Mad-Ad world, hyping every item to hit the market, MS-ians tell the world what its all about, in the process educating, adding value, and promoting the truly wonderful.

Add to that,the reviewer gets to hear comments on his take of anything at all, not the next month or week, but within minutes. And what with Sujatas and borngeniuses heraliding the way towards popularisation of the voicing of consumer opinion, it can safely be stated that the era of Consumer Activism has arrived, at its best.

And what a time to peak, when products are launched every single day, if not faster! Like Deming said, its necessary to Separate the Vital Few from the Trivial Many,the wheat from the Chaff! And thats just what MS and we all on MS keep doing, in addition to what our lives make us do.

MS has grown to be a community of wonderfully responsive and caring consumers, with/without the flair of the word, but all holding their sails in the winds of change and chaos, to take the consumer boat to the right shores! Yo Mouthshut, but, you will never succeed in making your name come true!! But then, I guess thats what you set out tro achieve by such a wonderfully ironic name!

Raving about MS is easy, but then I gues we die-hard MS-ians also need to get the powers-that-be at MS to pull up their socks once in a while! They need to have their responses to the 'Customer Feedback' faster and more responsible. Further, there are a host of pages which do not load correctly (eg: St. Petersburg under Travel, whichh incidentally, is a 'Wanted Review'! Guess thats why its still there...'cos nobody can write anything further there! The buck has stopped!! Guess everyone can list a few things which do not work, as also complain about the few members who are out to spoil the party in here at MS.

But then, akin to a black dot on the white wall, lets appreciate the many goods and support MS to imrpove the few bad-s.

Let us all cheer for Mouthshut.com, for bringing us concerned global citi(neti)zens on a common forum, for such a great cause.
