MouthShut_Official is working closely with MouthShut.com to achieve customer satisfaction
Due to most people writing only negatives about any product / services, this site is having negative about all product & services as if there is nothing positive in this world i.e. All are bad service provider or bad manufacturers.
But upto this point, it was OK, as it was not in control of mouthshut management. Though they could have educated users on importance of positive reviews for services / product they enjoyed without problem. OR send regular newsletter to all users, and requesting them for positive reviews too.
What was most shocking is this. Recently, I did may businesses are officially and unofficially very active on mouthshut, its like almost every leading e commerce provider in India is on mouthshut. And they have army of fake accounts, if you click on those accounts you can see those accounts are either posting all reviews on same day OR only for that business, they even mark all negative reviews as non useful and all that.
Mouthshut need to see how can they keep themselves trust worthy, otherwise mouthshut will shut one day:(
I dont like it any more.
