I don’t have any adjectives to heap on Mouthshut. As you see, 200+ people have already exhausted the Webster. I am also going to avoid analysing every aspect of the site. No complaints no cribs. I’ll sum it up in one statement…
Mouthshut.com has worked for me.
I've had no problems with anyone. I've had no problems with the site. Alls cool.
The only objective I had when I created ''Psyxx'' was to use the site as a channel to experiment and explore the art of writing. In the process, got a nice bonus - met a lot of real nice people who extended their hand in friendship.
Mouthshut has been kind in that aspect. And so have a lot of people in here who took time out to read and share a valuable thought or two. Good call people. Thanks.

Avatar 1: Psyxx - The Ignorant... found a valuable resource in here. The writers who churn out thought, experiences and advices that have proven to be helpful one way or the other. So, Psyxx the ignorant is happy to have access to the writings of some decent, knowledgeable writers. This avatar has another name... Psyxx, the Tomb Raider. Doesn’t have the curves or the luscious lips of Lara Croft aka Angelina Jolie but has been raiding reviews and gathering a wealth of information to store in the archives of his mind.
Bottom line: The writers are the heart and soul of this website
Avatar 2: Psyxx - The Sherlock Holmes... sits in a corner smoking nothing (as he is allergic to smoke) and keeps an eye open… the other eye isn’t open because someone poked it by mistake. Sherlock Psyxx has discovered a myth or a common crib here and there...
All the good writers have gone or have shut their mouths
Thats poppycock, balderdash, old wives tale... a whole lot of bull$hit. A tree sheds its leaves once in a while, but new leaves appear. And thats exactly how its happened. I'd go on a naming spree but then I would end up leaving a lot of names out, so to keep this short and sweet - SOME GOOD WRITERS MIGHT HAVE LEFT... BUT THERE ARE STILL LOTS OF GOOD ONES AROUND!
Bottom line: Strive to be a good writer instead of thinking about the ones who left.

The Mouthshut Management doesn’t listen to our cribs
Let’s look at it this way. The site’s still free, you get a free hand in what you write (except if its profanity and tasteless mudslinging) and you don’t have to wear a uniform. The major cribs are the selection of the Star Writer, the Hall of Fame and Best Debut systems. I’ve been a writer who got the Star Writer tag by chance. It wasn’t something I wanted or asked for. But truth is, it makes no difference. I still write the same way I always did. People still read and rate and give it Useful or Somewhat Usefuls too.
A star writer tag doesn’t make anyone a superior mortal. It’s a person’s ability that matters. And it’s a person’s character that makes them a better person.
Bottom line: We're all human beings first, writers second... period.

Avatar 5: Psyxx - The RRC dude... is a firm believer in commenting and rating reviews (not the plagiarized ones or the ones that are the by-products of mental diarrhoea). A comment is like a chain reaction... one person starts... everyone follows... soon the place is full of activity... its like a smile... a smile triggers a chain reaction... people start smiling at each other... the worlds a better place! So I firmly believe that a valuable comment is the best thing you can earn on your review.
Bottom line: Read Rate and Comment as much as you can and be fair while doing so.
Avatar 6: Psyxx - The writer... isn’t the best writer in here or anywhere. Psyxx the writer has seen some quality writing from some of the denizens of Mouthshut. Psyxx the writer has a long way to go before he can pen a perfect review.
Psyxx the writer writes on Mouthshut and has a blast doing it. That’s probably why Psyxx the writer has no complaints about Mouthshut. Write for fun, and you’ll never go wrong.
Bottom line: Writing is an art... an ability... say a quiet thank you to providence for giving you the skill.
Avatar 7: Psyxx - The Low Tolerance man... doesn’t like people with put on superiority complexes, who don’t take time to rate and read the works of a fellow writer. He doesn’t subscribe to people who misuse the rating button just because they can. And he doesn’t like people who send mindless M2Ms with no positive thought in them.
Bottom line: Respect and be respected.
Avatar 8: Psyxx - The Unconventional... loves to read reviews that don’t look like someone used a template to create it. The best reviews are those that flow out and are not premeditated. Innovate and never imitate.
Bottom line: Dont plagiarise or blatanly copy someone's style. Develop your own.

And for that one reason, Mouthshut deserves a two thumbs up! Once again - The people who write are the true stars and friendships make the planet revolve.
Also, I agree, there are flaws in here but there are good things too. It just depends on the way you choose to look at things. The cup can be half empty... or half full. Half Full sounds better doesnt it?
