I joined this site a month back, honestly, to make some petty cash by writing genuine reviews. I had submitted my KYC details and bank account details, which were approved after few days.
There were reviews which were approved and some disapproved which is okay as I am not a professional writer. I started as a beginner which I assume everyone does, and after 2 weeks I was into Popular category.
Initially, the Encash MS Points tab was active, but after I reached 800 points it was deactivated and is still deactivated. I have around 1010 MS Points which I want to convert into cash but am not able to do it.
I wrote 4-5 emails to support team but no response and even put a query on the twitter account, no reply. If you check google for reviews, you will find that Mouthshut is not paying any longer, might be true now after my experience.
