Mouthshut is a very happening site no doubt. But I want to highlight the negative aspects of this site, So please take this as a positive feedback from a member.
1) Star Writers - How are Amrita,jilmil,lora and ababbey (great writers no doubt) still star writers. They write a review once in a blue moon and I dont even see them rate a review these days. There are many writers like reviewer,suyog, loverboy4u_17,kosish, prk_mids who are more deserving,
2)Latest reviews update should be increased to atleast 60 reviews. 30 reviews do not even last a day.
3)Reviews not pertaining to the subject should be deleted immediately. This is not seen at all.
4)Customer Support is not what it used to be. I am sure that the members will agree that it has become rather sloppy these days.
5)They should have category specialists or category star writers. Like kosish for movies, sujay_marthi for fianance, achougo for internet, loverboy4u_17 for computers and games, reviewer for fashion and pubs,raghav2k for books.This I guess will be really nice.
