MouthShut_Official is working closely with MouthShut.com to achieve customer satisfaction

Ok folks it’s been nine mouths for me here at mouthshut.com. I have written 43 reviews I've read ,and rated 926 reviews and I see nothing for my labor. I'm not angry in the least, but my point here is a goal must be reached at mouthshut.com. The members reach the following goals: they accumulate points, that's good, a member has the privilege of meeting many wonderful members on the website, that's great, a member can win a price, that's great.

However, my question here is what happens to the members who receive nothing? I realize the most important goal at mouthshut is to write reviews on products, services, and help consumers make buying decisions. But what are the effective incentives for mouthshut members who don't make it as Star Writer, or win a golden prize that says to the writer your work is excellent?

And who actually sees your reviews at mouthshut.com? other than the community. Is there a benefit of hearing from a company or an entertainer who will give you feedback on your reviews? That alone is a reward in it self. I write reviews at another website, and the rewards are: members become leaders within the community thus, giving them the opportunity to earn more money, members receive monthly shares on their accounts. While the shares are ridiculously low, but at least these earnings tell me that I got paid for writing reviews for the month, my reviews are worth something. I have also had the privilege of hearing from an old R & B legend who visited the website, and saw my review on an album that he once released; he sent me an e-mail thanking me for my kind words. I felt so over joyed that someone of distinction noticed my work.

How can Mouthshut.com become a much better website for all of its members?

I would like to see every member at mouthshut.com receive earnings for their reviews. I would like to see these wonderful points that members accumulate amount to something rewarding. I would like to see new members and their reviews featured at mouthshut. Again, what is the goal after receiving many points? That goal should be that members can redeem their points.

The Joys and Sorrows at Mouthshut.com

Unfortunately, I'm losing my desire to write many reviews at mouthshut.com because I just don't believe I'm reaching any significant goals here. I'm accumulating points, and I appreciate those members that thought enough of my work [reviews] to add me to their trust lists. THANK YOU! FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART! Your trust in me means a lot. I also wish to add that I enjoy reading member reviews at mouthshut.com very much, I found them to be written with warmth, and expression. I especially enjoy reading of your travel experiences and your strong insight of the products and services you write about. I’m especially speaking of the reviews I found to be very useful. I also thank you for you many positive, and kind feedback on my reviews.

I enjoy writing and that's why I'm still here. It's the heart and love of writing I enjoy most. But as I said before, my turnout of reviews at mouthshut.com are diminishing.

Thanks for reading and rating my review.

Lisa
