Hello everyone,
I'm a new member of the MouthShut.com community and this is only my second attempt in writing.
Everyday I practice Baba Ramdev's yoga for 30 minutes to keep the stress level down in my hectic life.
Yesterday as I finished writing my first review I could feel the tension and stress leaving my body. I felt light, free and elated after writing the review which I experience after finishing my yoga workout.
It was the same feeling you generally have after pouring out your emotions to a best friend.
