THE RELATIONSHIP. Review on MouthShut Trusted Circle

The human relationship approach emphasised the importance of human attitudes, values and relationships, for the different and effective functioning of work of an organization.Its pioneer, ELTON MAYO wrote that , ''We have had a thought that only first class technical training was sufficient in modern and technical age,as a consequence we are technically competent as no other age in the history has been ,and we combine this with utter social incompetence.''

An intellect approach focused on the idea that people need companionship and belonging,and seek satisfaction in social relationship they form at work or else where. I will shift that attention towards human'' higher '' phsychological needs ,excluding challenge responsibility and self fulfilment.That are of course affection, love and trust............

A person who deserves to be trusted needs to be trusted .and then not trusting him/her is cruel act, it comes in occupying someones rights, and it makes him/her feel like he just someone not a person who is trustable.

Mouthshut is a group of people , it has some attributes that a random crowd does not possess.Ther is sense of identity and acknowledged boundaries which defines who is in and who is out, ''who is us and who is them'', a sense of inclusion and belonging which makes us loyal to it,and as a reward it offers an acceptance of shared norms of behavoiur and attitudes with the group.thats why people should keep communicating.we are like minded and if a group is like minded the discussion and argues will tend to implify strengthened its prevailing tendencies.thus trusting a member is a sort of motivation .

You may be wondering weather trusting a member is really so important it could be toughly argued that if a person wants to write he will do it no question of all these formalities arise and simply if someone does not want to write he will simply won't.so why try to trust them? motivate them?

and the answer is that if a writer is motivated simply saying trusted he/she can write more willinglyabove more compliance if his /her personal needs are integerated with those of team's and group's .there is an on going debate that what these trustship strategies can exactly do but it has become widely accepted . ''committed people add values''.

It has bsed on an intellectual approach that people expect certain out comes or rewards in exchange of thier input effort or thier contribution , but if they percieve that the ratio of thier outcomes are in any way uneqaul to that of thier contribution they experience a sense of unequity.Individuals often perform better in the presence of others who are observing them and specially when other trust them .

so when it comes to trust someone , some take it just another excercise to do , some dont think about it ,but some look frwards for a contact some try to find out thier broken relation ship among people the trust ,some imagine some to be special but...... they are all companions, its all about companionship .

so some technicalities are here ,

1 .before trusting someone read atleast most of his/her rvus so that you can judge his/her potential .

2 .when it comes to communication always call all members by names it will help you to overcome all barriers you may have among , because perceptions should involved and argued personalities should not be .

3 . when you trust a member it is very important to keep up that trust this is the most important part of the whole story where one should not just fell down

and noe for the members I trust , it is not merely to add a little dramatic touch to the rvu but actuall I mean it(i have tried my best to use the most diluted form of hindi)
