Motorola W230 is a good looking entry level phone with FM radio with RDS and MP3 player minus camera.
It comes with GSM 900/1800, Display 1.6 inch 128 x 128 65k CSTN, Talk Time: 9 hours(approx), Standby Time: 18 days(approx), Dimensions: 45 x 110.97 x 14.7 mm, Weight: 80g.
Comes in two colours: Lustrous Silver [Licorice(Blackish) Frame], Dark Titanium Gray [Mandarin(Flame Orange) Frame]
Face Plate can be changed if desired.

It also contains "Getting Started Guide" which says that you have to download "User Guide" from motorola website. But I was unable to find that searching thru various URLs provided at motorola.com.
Since you don't get "User Guide", you will probably miss out many features or how to access those features which this phone has. First time users will have great difficulty finding or understanding those features. Also, I was not able to understand the meaning of some "Icons" coming at top of "Main Screen".

*500 contacts can be stored in phonebook. It has two type of search; Jump and Find(12 letter phonebook search possible). Many other features such as Category, Set Primary, Show/Hide ID, Add Digits, Attach Number, Copy(to or from SIM) and more.
It is possible to assign a "Ring" to a particular "Contact" or "Category".
MESSAGES
It has got all the features such as SMS, EMS, MMS and SMS Chat which will suffice our needs. Supports Hindi, English, Hinglish, Bengali, Tamil, Telegu, Tap Extended with iTap(like T9 input).
500 SMS can be stored in phone. It's also possible to store messages in your SIM and you can move an SMS stored in phone to SIM and vice-versa. More features can be accessed thru D-Pad's Centre Button. To show your "Area Info", you need to go "Msg centre menu" & then to "Info srvc setup" & then turn the "Service": On.

I have noticed that to use the phone as "Storage Device"(to transfer music etc.), keypad shouldn't be locked and the phone should be on Main Screen, otherwise it will start charging instead of acting as "Storage Device".
You need to "Switch Storage Devices" to access "Memory Card" pictures and music. It is not possible to view very large "Images". Since there is no "User Guide", I am not sure of specifications for viewable images. But large images can be stored on "Memory Card".
=FM RADIO with RDS(Radio Broadcast Data System) & Music Player=
The phone has got dedicated Music Key at Main Screen of phone.
Only 9 stations can be stored permanently in phone. I think we are getting 11-13 stations in Delhi. It is possible to use MP3 player without Headset but you need to plug-in Headset for listening to FM. It can record "Radio Clips" for the phone's Alarm. It can play these Audio Formats: iMelody, MIDI, MP3, AMR. Provided Headset is of low quality considering the fact that it is a Music Phone but it will do the job anyhow. Volume level needs more steps while listening music at night, for me it's a bit loud at the lowest level even.
Battery Life stays good for 2 days at least.
It's a very good package overall with so many features at a reasonable price, so go for it.
