This may come as a shocker to all u Motorola fans but I just have to share my traumatic experience with u all.
I bought this Motorola W220 to gift my daddy from The Mobile Store on 20.02.09. My daddy started using the same when we detected some flaws. The phone was taken to Motorola Sevice centre, M/s Varad Electronics and they kept the same with them. Work Order No.VT/MO/08/04017 dated 25.03.09 was issued by M/s Varad Electronics and the following problems were mentioned on the same:
Problem in saving messages, read display problem and messages, sound problem. The phone is still with the service centre and no proper reply has been received from them regarding the status of the handset. Even writing to motorola customer service has not helped. Nobody seems to have clue as to what is the status of the handset. My request to replace the same has also fallen on deaf ears.
I can only advise people against buying a motorola.
