Since I joined mouthshut.com, I never had much time to actually write a review in here{which I'm reviewing after using it for a month}. So, well, since I registered in February, this is my very first review ever :) And I literally mean EVER as before this I have never written one in my life. Hope its useful to the members of mouthshut. Well I bought the Motorola Razr V3i about a month ago, and like all the other reviewers said, its the V3i not V3x. And well, I'm all praises for it. In looks, the Razr scores 20 on 10 jus like the other in the Razr series, has a steely purplish colour unlike the other Razr V3 versions. AMAZING LOOKS nevertheless. The phone is quite easy to use. Mostly works like any Sony Ericsson phone. In comparison to the other in the Razr series, the addition to this one is the 1.23 Megapixel camera {which is the major difference between the V3i and the V3x, the V3x has a 2 MP camera}, the iTunes software and a memory card slot, which is a miniscule one. Most phones come with a 64MB card ( I got a 256MB card from where I bought it though). Well I bought it in Saudi Arabia and I got the ear phones, a 256MB card, a leather pouch with it. It cost me around Rs.12,000 {some people wanted to know the price..? } Well, I got to test one more good quality of this phone, which is the Airplane Mode. We cannot generally use a cell phone in a plane which most people know, I suppose, but I spent my journey back to Mumbai listening to songs which was a good way to pass time. But this is mostly useful for people who keep travelling frequently. The best thing about this phone, I think, is the iTunes, which makes up for an iPod {for me, at least}. With a 256MB card, you can store upto 50 songs in it. If you're a music buff, you can buy the 1GB card. Well, upto 50 songs for a not-so-great music fan, like me, does pretty well{hehe}. The iTunes software has mainly been put in it to compete with the Sony Walkman phones, I believe. But nevertheless, the sound is loud n clear, in the speaker phone as well as the ear phones. The camera also has good clarity {afterall its a cell phone, I did not expect anything more, if YOU do, buy the new Sony Ericsson with the 3.2 MP camera n dont complain lol :p } . The screen has a good resolution as well. The outer screen's resolution is not very high but the inner screen makes up for it. Well thats all I have to say about it... See you'll in my next review (God knows when that will be lol) !!!
