Nexus 6.
Its the greatest phone by motorola and google.
Nexus 6 comes with 3gb of ram with 64 and 32 gb variant. 'm a nexus addict and I've been owning nexus 6 for 6 months .
Generally, Nexus 6 is pretty awesome .
I haven't use m9 , but I do remember negative reviews and users complaining about it's problems such as heating , disappointing camera and weak battery performance .
Which made HTC launched a new version called m9+ resolving all previous problems .
I like HTC actually especially after the beautiful htc 10 .
but m9 isn't better than N6 in my opinion .
