A low end phone with high end fashion. Review on Motorola MotoFone F3

Those who need MP3 ring tones, FM radio, Call conference, Camera, Blue tooth, Infrared, Music player, Document viewer, High resolution screen, Video capture, still capture, Wi-Fi, edge, 3G, MMS, Gprs, Email, Games, blah. blah. Blah, please press back or Home key on your browser. Check my review for some other phone some other day. If you are a man of 2007 forget this phone. I will describe this phones major specialty at the end. When I planned to travel to certain places on a business visit that too places like which you should take care of your mobile as your innerwear or it may be lost, the places included prone to theft city like Chennai then came my savior Motorola Motofone F3. A low cost phone almost Rs 1, 500/- with no extra features but with style and simplicity. BSNL has announced a tie with Motorola to launch for BSNL promotions and will be followed by Airtel. This mobile’s voice clarity, construction is good. Compact and sleek design. While in conversation and at the sudden glance people will find it more attractive. But take care that others don’t peek inside your mobile because there is nothing there to peek inside. I should mention the Battery life because sometimes the Screen glows even after removing the Battery. It comporises same body as Motorola L6, L7 with ultra slim 9mm thickness.The screen is not LCD instead Motorola has Borrowed Clear Vision Electrophoretic Display (EPD) technology from US based E-ink. The technology that drives the screen EPD does not require constant power supply.

The display can be even read in harsh direct sunlight, which is not at all possible in LCD. Do not bother about pictures and wallpapers forget it! I am sure large character display of this phone will help your grandpa read numbers clearly. Voice clarity is good. This is done by dual internal antenna, which makes reception good. Polyphonic ring tone will notify you of an incoming call and nothing else. Don’t expect to play your favorite line from a favorite song. Keypad is good. No dust particles will get accumulated and some kind of safeguard from water spilling. Durable housing. Local voice guide language support in India is an added advantage. But don’t worry you can turn that thing off. Standard headphone socket is present along with headphone included with package. Vibrator mode is adequate.

Overall for a mobile phone freak who concern of losing mobile phone while travel and in a need of a phone, as a travel backup with good concern over styling here is the phone Motorola Motofone F3. I am sure at certain distance others will glare at your mobile and misunderstand as a great phone. The display resembles to a perfect calculator so don't imagine abt pictures and games.On the whole a phone not bad for cost of INR 1, 500/- and a perfect replacement for nokia 11xx  series. The price will even come down soon. May be below Rs 1000 /- . A low cost stylish, rough use phone.
