Enlisting the Pro's and Con's

Pros:

  • The phone is Good when it comes to battery backup. Can easily cover a day with medium usage.

  • The processor is Snapdragon 615 which is good when we look for mid range phones. Is is a good upgrade from Moto G(3rd gen) normal edition.[There are two Moto G 3rd Gen models, one is turbo and another normal.]

  • Has turbo charging feature which works great and saves you when you have very less time to recharge your phone.

  • Provides Quick Charge charger in the box.

  • Dust and Water Resistant. Which means it can take care of day to day dust, rains or a dip in Bucket. It is not water proof but resistant and for most of us, that should suffice our day routine

  • There are minor but good cosmetic changes from earlier version(Moto G(2nd Gen), which I personally like.

  • No heating issues

  • The software updates from Motorola are faster than any other band in the market. Hence, we keep our Moto running on the latest and the fastest.

  • Has very less bloatware(company provided apps, which are a lot in Samsung phones), which results in fast overall performance.

  • Corning Gorilla Glass 3 which gives basic scratch protection.

Cons:

  • No Full HD Screen(Has 720 and not 1080), but should do good for day to day use.

  • Camera could does not perform good in low lights, but day light phones turn out to be good.

  • No Fingerprint sensor.

  • Felt some lags while playing heavy 3D games.

  • Price could have been lower when we compare to other Chinese company phones in the same category.
