At the time of launch I was very much excited to buy this product finally 4 weeks back I booked this product in rs 16999 and got delivered with 2 days.After the delivery of the product I was using this product and was very much happy with the look and feel and impressed with the overall performance, but later using the phone for 2-3 days I got to know that whlile charging the phone is overheating firstly I thought that it is normal due to fast charger provided in the box, but after 2-3 cycles of recharging the phone is heating too much then I installed CPU-Z app and saw the temp. and I was shocked that the temp is crossing beyond 60 °c and I immediately called seller then he installed app remotely in it to see to it that exactly what was wrong.Then after verifying my words he told that he will approve replacement of the product from moto sevice centre.Then
there they accepted the issue and gave me a letter then I have to approach to the seller and he accepted the replacement.But for replacement from the company I have to wait for around 2 weeks to get my new phone.But now another problem arised that the speaker is cracking at full volume and now I approched the service centre with all the bills of old and replaced product and they have taken a complain and told me to wait for 4-5 days to get a response from the company.
