No doubt Moto G4 is a great phone, but the moto service is very bad. I ordered my phone through amazon and I received the package. The phone screen had a white patch on it so I wanted to return the product while doing so got to know that amazon doesnt have option to return Moto g4. I went ahead reaching moto custmer service myself there was a huge crowd and it took half a day to reach out to an executive, they did'nt have any idea on what is the furtger step. I went ahead giving them proof of new phone and they some how agreed to get it repaired not return. Its been 10 days and I dont not have any update on the phone the customer care executive is keeping on pushing the delivery date of phone. No idea whom to reach out. Its really bad customer service. Moto should open some options online.
