I visited Motorola Service Center at Nungambakkam Chennai(Trident Tech.) on 19th Dec. I waited 2hrs to submit my phone. After which I happily went back to collect it after 14 days as per informed by Motorola Customer care.
I was surprised to see that the phone was not even touched in that period. I got the phone back as it is. Motorola Wants me to waste 2hrs again. Is my time so useless?
On other note, Mohammad from Customer care instead of helping just repeated cookie cutter stuff, he was worst.
This is worst service I have seen in my life. I will blog it at all the places and inform everybody to refrain buying motorola.
