This phone when came out was the best phone in the market, with a good specifications and long battery life, mine moto g lasted 3 yrs. And beleive me it was working fine no laggs.But after the launch of moto e many companies came out with budget phones and specs like moto g.on todays date moto g is not a good phone to invest money on but u can go for moto g+ ( 4th generation) . ??
