Bad experience. faced sim card slot issue. One of the connectors came out along with sim card while card was being removed. Motorola refused to repair under warranty. After paid repairs, the earpiece volume has become very low during calls. Have to use hands-free to make / receive calls.Worst after sales experience, will never buy Motorola product ever again
