Well I purchased the #motoG around 2 months back for my friend via Flipkart for around  11.5 K and I as an average android user liked the phone in a lot of ways.

I would not talk about its specifications as instead would give my honest user experience with the device.

I have experience with all the motoG generations as someone or the other in my friend circle owns one but as far  as the build is  concerned this device looks like its high-end siblings the moto x pure/play.

Now as a average android user here are some pros and cons according to me:

PROS:

-Excellent overall performance and memory management.

-Decent camera as compared to its competetors.

-A nexus 5X device like experience at half of its cost(Stock Android UI), also remember that Android Marsh mellow 6.0 is expected in a few weeks or so.

-A micro-SD card support.

-The best part is the device is IPX7 certified i.e. the device can survive in 3 feet of water for up to 30 minutes.

-Well Additionally the smartphone carries a premium aura which its predecessors simply did not possess.

-Well the moto-G does come with a lot of color combinations and customisations with the moto maker but for that you probably need to purchase it from the moto store in US dollars.

-The corning Gorilla Glass 3 protects it decently from everyday normal scratches and the overall layout is intuitive and easy to get used to.

CONS:

-No fingerprint sensor(but not a big deal for me)

-A  2470 mAH non-removable battery( but battery back up is excellent given its size)

-No NFC(just to mention) but not a big deal for me.

-No stereo speakers( the previous moto G had them) probably motorola dropped them to improve design and gat that IPx7 certification(i'm just saying)

-Non-availbility of moto maker in India.

-A OK display because there are better displays at this price range.

A phone not recommended for gamers because they are only sort of playable.

Well the moto-G offers high on volume and a sole loud speaker is sufficiently loud, its audio quality is excellent and with additional noise cancellation microphone call quality  sounds great both in and out of the room.

The 13 MP snapper is decent to click decent good pics with minimal effort and with gestures such as twist to launch camera stuff is fun when you get accustomed to it.

#MotoG product successfully redefines what a budget android smartphone looks, feel perform like and how much it should cost. It is the most capable moto G in its family and with a good camera and excellent battery life the device is most appealing in its price range.
