I bought this phone 6 months before, it was working well, but someday its earphones stopped working due.to some problem in jack.
So as it is in warranty period I took it to the care and deposited it for repair. They quoted 1 week for repair. I enquired after a week, they replied that the part is not available so it would take a week more, and they repeat it for 2 more weeks. I had to collect my phone without repaired. This kind of service Motorola is providing. Really pathetic.
