Motorola Moto G 3rd gen has very good specifications like 2gb ram, HD screen, quad core processor, great pair of cameras. Also the stock android experience makes the phone feels very smooth. Apps in this phone opens faster than the phones in its compression like mi4i.
Also it is a water proof phone with gorilla glass 3 protection on its screen.
But the problem is why people buy this phone because Motorola recently launched moto g turbo edition which is just Rs.2000 more than moto g 3rd gen.
Moto g turbo edition has good specs than moto g 3rd gen including snapdragon 615 octacore processor.
My verdict, if you are in love with moto g 3rd gen then go for it, otherwise go for moto g turbo edition.
