Accidently, I broke the screen of my moto g( 2014) but my phone was working fine, so I headed towards the service centre( in jodhpur, rajasthan) just to replace my screen and the service centre guy said to take back the phone after 2-3 days, so agreed on that, after 3 days when I called them to enquire about the current condition of the phone they said that your phone also has some software issues so after resolving those issues they will start work on the screen, after that when I again called them in 2days they said that your phone is not repaired so we sent it to the jaipur service center and now it will take around a week to resolve all issues of the phone,
After a week I called them again, again they said to wait for a week more, NO PROBLEM UNTIL HERE, after one another week when I personally headed to the jodhpur service centre they said that they have received the phone from the jaipur but phone cannot be repaired now because the motherboard of my phone is damaged and it will take around around Rs 7500 to repair that( phone that cost 12k) they returned my phone to me which is now completely dead.
So, the conclusion is that, I given them a completely working phone( under warranty) just to replace the screen and returned me a dead one.
