I got this phone 7 months back from the day I purchased it was working fine for 2 months or so, but later the speaker was gone and also even when I removed the ear phones its still showing as if the ear phone is plugged in.
The service of Motorola is worst to the limit. Battery pack up is worst compared to Nokia and Sony but that can be forgiven.
Overall its the worst phone i have used so far.
