I bought Motorola defy plus on march 2012. I opened it and started sign it. It is indeed a rugged phone.
But it doesn't took for me to know that the phone had a defect out of the box. A horizontal area on the touch screen was malfunctioning and I didn't able to invoke things that come under this area. I went to Motorola service center and told them that the product was defective out of the box and I need replacement. I wont settle for a repair.
I took my Phone to the service center and they refused to replace saying that saying you have used that phone for more that 30 minute. I don't understand. One will use his own phone until he find it faulty. I found it roughly within 24 hr and they refuse to replace it.
Can any one put light on this?
