Motorola C650 is all-in-all a recommended buy. Rather than going for a verbose, would like to put in a list of what I like about it and what not.

- Easy Navigation (of Menu & Ph Book)
Now, that is a rather unexpeted feature on a Motorola! ;) They have made it very intuitive that itz almost as good as a Nokia (I still believe no one make better UI than Nokia)
I bought it for 9k arnd 3 months back (should be less now). With speaker-phone, camera and all other standard stuff like color screen and polyphonic rings, the instrument is reasonablu priced.
Phonebook has enough memory to have 500 or so entries. Also, phonebook allows multiple entries in the same name with icons showing home/mobile/work etc.

DON'T buy this phone for the camera. Very poor picture quality makes it just a boast-factor rather than an utility.
Screen is not rich in color like its Samsung/Nokia competitors. Add the amera quality with this screen quality and you're sure to make that sad face!
Battery life is hardly a day if you are a heavy user. Even for low usage it doesn't last for two days.
Overall:
If you are looking at a polyphonic speaker-phone (with a namesake camera), then go for it. If camera is not a requirement - this is not the one for you.
