I recently bought Moto G. it fell from a height of 6 inches and LCD was broken. When Contacted Service center I was told physical damage is not covered.
I agree; but tell me this, Prior to this I have used 3 Androids from Samsung, almost each of these. Tell from 10 times greater height and with more severity and I never even realized if it caused any damage. After this incident I paid attention to its make and noticed few drawback,
It is very heavy, and this excessive weight increases the probability of physical damage, even with slightest thrust.
What is the use of Gorrila screen when under that, there is something which is as fragile that breaks even if it fells from 6 inches.
Because of Gorrila screen, screen repair cost is too high.
Service center is run by novice and unprofessional guys. Overall its a wastage of money. Wish you Safe and Happy buying
