I have purchased Moto G 2nd Generation phone over flipkart. soon after unboxing and starting it, I was disappointed that it has 1 dead pixel. Raised a return request thru Flipkart, but request was rejected and I was asked to install an App "Dead pixel detect and Fix" which didnt work.
That app required 40-50 minutes to run, but of no use. Some friends suggested to raise another refund request saying that phone is dead or mention some other fault. But as its just 1 dot that is appearing white on phone screen, I had compromised.
However, after using it, frustrated many times due to slowness of the phone. Its 1GB RAM is not at all sufficient for dual sim and getting irritated by its sluggishness, removed 1 SIM. And started using it with single SIM.
Still its a stupid phone. Its been very slow that I had to finally leave it at home for my kids after spending 12k. Installed Clean Master, cleared Browser Cache regularly, killed background apps and used Task manager to get rid of unwanted. Still couldnt bear its slowness.
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Damn slow phone, Charger gets heated a lot, Moto G supplies white charger and cable even though you select black color.
NEVER EVER BUY A MOTOROLA PRODUCT. STUPID COMPANY AND STUPID PRODUCTS
