They have so many products but none of the products will give you any benefit. The broker called me and changed the products in between and apply the yearly charges for each products but no reruns. I have invested 1Lakhs rupees initially but the now the net value is 56 thousands rupees when market is running in high.
In between they will only trying to generate the brokerage from your account but your portfolio wont increase.
they have so many hidden charges . every months they are deducting some amount from your account. Unless you see the ledger, you cant see those charges.
Though I have paid 5 years account maintenance charges at once, still every month they are deducting 36rs from my account.
Waste of service. After calling to customer care, they are telling to call to RM, After calling to RM they are saying to call to head office. Like this your query will rotate but you wont get any answers for your account deductions.
Finally I closed my account and then they will be behind you to know the reason of the account closing. Nonsense guys.
My suggestion is to stay away from Motilal oswal and such brokerage generating companies. In market there are a lot of brokerage free mutual fund Investment company which has no brokerage, you will get more profit in those accounts.
