Moti Mahal Shipra MallMotimahal has started lagging in hospitality.This incidence happened with me on 23rd may 2007.myself with my family went there for dining. We booked table for 10. It was waiting but surprisingly manager of restaurant Mr. kanchan entertained one of his known (table for 8) whereas they came after us.Worst part was when I raised this issue and asked for feedback form he denied and even refused to give the telephone numbers of his bosses. I tried his cashier -Sharad, but it was wastage of time.
Motimahal is one of the pioneer restaurants serving quality food since beginning of this century.This is one of my preferred Restaurant for Dining and I use to recommend this place, but now they lag far behind in terms of HospitalityI will request management to take action against Manager and Cashier, to retain the Hospitality which this restaurant had gained since beginning of this centuryI will also request them to make their contact numbers public.
