One of the most special moments for a woman is being a mother and being a mom for the first time is even more special. My whole 9 month journey from pregnancy to delivering my baby boy has been a memorable one and I can’t thank Motherhood Hospital located @ CMH road, Bangalore enough for helping me throughout this journey. From day 1, we have been satisfied with the service being offered whether it is ease of booking appointments, promptness of the staff or the doctor’s service.
I started consulting Dr Disha Sridhar after reading the wonderful reviews about her and must say that every word that I read about her is exactly how she is. We were convinced in the initial visits itself that I was in safe hands. She always welcomed us into the consulting room with a happy smile. Throughout my pregnancy she prescribed only the necessary supplements. For any problem she always suggests home remedies and is strictly against any other medication. She would patiently answer all the 100s of doubts we asked and always explained it clearly by giving more details. She explained all the different birth plans clearly by giving the pros and cons of each type. She encouraged me for normal delivery. Post delivery also she suggested a lot of home remedies to improve my health. She is a good surgeon too. Very grateful to Dr Disha for whatever she has done in bringing our baby boy into this world. I would suggest Dr Disha’s name to any expecting mother.
The hospital is very neat, clean and hygienic and very well maintained. The front office staffs are really helpful. OPD is crowded only on Saturdays. In case the doctor is in an emergency they always give us a call and inform the same.
From the moment I got admitted until discharge the whole journey has been smooth. The nurses and their services need to be saluted. They would come to us within a few seconds of us ringing the call bell even if it was mid night. They clearly trained us on how to feed the baby correctly or even how to give him a good bath.
The physiotherapist, lactation expert, nutrition expert and dietician would visit us regularly to check on us and also explained clearly on what needs to be done for the next 3 months. The food offered to the patient was a good mix of all the nutrients required for a mother and was delivered to the room at the exact time intervals. The rooms are very neat and clean and the executive room is good enough for the 72 hours stay.
Our baby’s Pediatrician and Neo Natal Specialist Dr. Abdul Razak clearly explained what are the dos and don’ts for the new born. We are very satisfied with his consultation post delivery also. Thanks a ton, Motherhood for making the experience a memorable one, will always cherish it.
