Today I was in very good mood before I stepped in motherhood for consultation. We had appointment with our doctor, I don't like to take her name here. We sat there for almost an hour waiting for our turn, it made my temper go high and I checked with the OPD consultant to know why it is taking more time while she was busy on Facebook that too on her system (good way to kill time in hospital). and raised my concern that every time we face the same issue, at times we had waited for 1 hours 45 minutes. She said, she will speak to doctor in fact she spoke to doctor stating that I am complaining about her, thats ridiculous .
And when we visited doctor she was very upset with us and told us there were few emergency cases because of which it got delayed.and her behaviour was not normal, as we have interacted with her in the past.and I am sure we have spoiled the relationship we had with her.Thanks to OPD consultant.
I spoke to her on this she said, this is how we work.and I tried to reach the OPD head/manager on this issue, she said she is driving and call me back soon. However, she never called and I am sure she is not bothered about us or for that matter ANYONE.
If you don't provide feedback, you are facing difficulties. However, if you provide feedback you are in TROUBLE!
Thanks to OPD staff and OPD Head at Motherhood. I will keep visiting motherhood as my wife is already 7 months pregnant.however, I will never forget this ridiculous behavior from the staff.
