I've been a patient of Motherhood hospital for about 6 months, where I delivered my baby daughter. Initially it was all frills with scheduled appointments, friendly staff etc. But later on I witnessed a few mishaps and had a very bad experience there. Listed below are a few -
My appointments were always getting postponed, due to the unavailability of the doctor, even though I had taken appointments a week in advance.
Appointments get delayed, as they squeeze in other patients prior to you.
To top it all, they have inexperienced staff(first timers) in the labor delivery room. This was the worst experience, where a first timer nurse poked the IV in a wrong place on my hand and its been 3 months now and I still have the pain. I cannot hold my baby in my arms due to someone else's mistake! The Motherhood hospital admin and the staff manager seemed very careless about this matter when I approached them.
They are very protective of their staff(good for the staff - but bad for the patients!)
These are just a couple of them. I would say, try the hospital at your own risk!
