On January 2013, I brought a Morphy Richards 4 Slice Pop Up Toaster through Homeshop 18. Since then I have been using this product intermittently. On the 1st week of September 2013, the product stopped working. I complained to Homeshop 18 and I have been buck-passed from the Morphy Richards Mumbai office and Homeshop 18 without any resolution to my problem. Since September 2013, I have been unable to use the product without even being made aware when the item would be repaired.
