This product is marketed and serviced by Bajaj. So it was fair enough to buy it.
I was in for a shock when soon after installation in deep winter, I found the machine not heating adequately.
Bajaj Engineers came in but still no effect. They reported that the machine is perfect! A few moments of warm
(not hot) water and then cold. All while the machine was on. If you left the machine on, no auto cut off. It was a
torture instead of a help in the biting cold.
Repeated requests for service told more stories. The'senior technician' walks in and says Morphy can not have
a fault. It is always perfect. Then why are they keeping so many staff and a service centre? Just shut it down
and tell customers that! Why lose money?
Be prepared for this sort of service and to lose your money if you go for this product. The technician may imply
that you are a liar if you have a problem. Wheeewww! And he may also charge you though he is not supposed
to.
Got it uninstalled. If someone has a lesser load will pass it on or load it on to the garbage. what else? The
customer always pays the price. Would give it negative rating if I could.
