First of all, the connecting cord is unnecessarily too short, just only 2 feet and 15 Amp instead of small 5 Amp plug should have been attached for the shake of safety.
After purchasing if from online store, when I started using it, within some days I have seen, it started more heating bread in no time irrespective of knob setting made. Even toasting bread at setting 2 makes bread black means overheated.
It didn't crisp the bread rather than it made the bread hard like two days old bread to eat. In setting 1, the toasting was almost proper but from the setting 2 to 3, those was not much more tolerable. But for all other setting foods came out burnt. May be quality control was lax of it.
Central element of this toaster was too weak and sometimes leaves un-toasted parts, even as other parts are over-toasted.
Toasts of foods had to pulled manually. The feature of holding the foods in between was a big miss here.
Slice lowering slide didn't work smoothly. The other side was getting over-heated whenever I started working with it.
Here no different great stylish looks of it, poor assembly fittings and not a proper durable and handy toaster it is, as I have seen during using my toaster.
I bought this toaster from online store and that was another big mistake of mine. The product came to me without any dust cover despite mentioning in item description that it comes with a dust cover. How strange it is! Don't buy from online without knowing perfect information before.
I have been trying to get the customer service team to send technician ti fix all of those problems which I mentioned above. But they kept lying to me and was delaying the visit. They didn't response properly in time to solve problems.
Then I immediately returned this and I was able to do that just because of I had the returning time left luckily. I would not recommend this toaster at all. I didn't expect this from this brand actually.
