I have been using monster for few years but lately I observed that there are some people working and carrying out unethical activities on our profiles unknowingly in the background over some rage on us. Dont know what it is. Following are my dealings and be wary of Monster people:
As usual I listed my profile few months ago but I doubted why there was not a single view even by one recruiter which is unusual. I tried to do lot of things to know if there is any mess by Monster people including deactivating. When I tried deactivating, it is saying it deactivated but it doesnt multiple times. Monster people have done something in a way we cant put our profile.
I called their support people who are nothing but lazy and zero- knowledged people(pls dont go for their paid service). One person gave one email id to which I wrote a mail 10 days ago but no response
Again I called and asked what they have done with their profile but they acted as if they got caught and forwarded to some other group. And there she told me for the sake that the actual person is not available and she will give a call after she comes back. It has been 3 days but no call.
With all the above, we have to be aware that Monster people are not professional and decent to expect any kind of service or support from them, especially when they are intentionally playing with our profiles behind our back(i dont know may be they are thinking that we will go for their paid service if they make our profiles not accessible to recruiters etc)
